Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200 g) packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (240 g) butter
- 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter (unsalted!)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 ½ cups (420 g) sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (180 g) chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes.
