French Press Coffee

Two cups of coffee.
Ingredients
- 40 g coffee, ground (C1)
- 475 mL water, 205 °F
Steps
- Preheat French press with boiling water. Dump out water.
- Add coffee, all in one pour. Give mixture a quick stir to ensure that all your coffee grounds are properly immersed.
- Put the press lid on, but do not press down on the plunger just yet. Set a timer for four minutes.
- Slowly press the plunger down. Decant coffee immediately.
