Honey-Bourbon Toddy

Steps

  1. Stir honey and water in a 2-cup measuring cup until honey dissolves. Add cinnamon sticks and lemon peel. Add bourbon and Calvados.
  2. Cover and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Divide between 2 Toddy glasses. Add a cinnamon stick to each and serve.
