Honey-Bourbon Toddy

Yield
Two servings.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (40 g) honey
- 1 cup (240 mL) hot water
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) bourbon
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Calvados (apple brandy)
- 2 3” x 1/2” strips lemon peel
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Steps
- Stir honey and water in a 2-cup measuring cup until honey dissolves. Add cinnamon sticks and lemon peel. Add bourbon and Calvados.
- Cover and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Divide between 2 Toddy glasses. Add a cinnamon stick to each and serve.
