Sticky Toffee Pudding Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 mL) heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (50 g) dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (25 g) golden syrup or light corn syrup
- Pinch salt
Steps
- Bring the ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring often to melt the sugar.
- Lower heat and simmer, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and coats the back of a spoon.
- Transfer into a jug for serving.
