Berry Lemon Mousse Trifle

One 8” trifle.
Ingredients
- One batch of Lemon Curd.
- One batch of Stabilized Whipped Cream (based on 460 mL of cream).
- One batch of Berry Filling.
- Three (regular-height) 8” layers of Vanilla Cupcakes.
- 1/4 cup Chambord.
- Berries, for decorating.
Steps
- Whisk some whipped cream into the curd to lighten it, then fold in the rest of the cream to create a mousse.
- Alternate layers of cake, Chambord, berry filling, and mousse,
- Top with fresh fruit.
