One 8” trifle.
Ingredients
- Three 8” layers of Chocolate Cake (with Coffee, Buttermilk) made with 75% batter (use the rest for cupcakes).
- Two batches of Chocolate Pudding (based on 240 mL of milk).
- One batch of Food Processor Whipped Cream (based on 460 mL of cream), made with freeze-dried raspberries.
- One batch of Berry Filling, made with raspberries.
- Mini chocolate chips.
- 340 g (12 oz) fresh raspberries.
Steps
- Alternate layers of cake, pudding, chips, raspberry filling, and whipped cream.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
