Strawberry Shortcake Trifle

One 8” trifle.
Ingredients
- Three (regular-height) 8” layers of Vanilla Cupcakes.
- One batch of Food Processor Whipped Cream, made with 30 g of freeze-dried strawberries and 480 mL of whipped cream.
- One batch of macerated strawberries, made with 700 g of strawberries.
- One batch of vanilla pastry cream, made with 4 yolks and 480 mL milk.
- Strawberries, for decorating.
Steps
- Alternate layers of cake, strawberries, pastry cream, and whipped cream.
- Top with fresh fruit.
